POST api/Lunchbox/FixFailedPayment?lunchboxId={lunchboxId}&paymentMethodHash={paymentMethodHash}&amount={amount}

Moves the failed payments on an order onto another payment method and re-bills them (REVIVE-2388). The www equivalent is SpProxy.ReplacePayments, where the customer ticks the transactions to replace; the mobile modal has no checkboxes, so this replaces every transaction the www page pre-ticks (GetFailedPaymentTransactions). Like ReplacePayments, it refuses when the amount the customer confirmed no longer matches those transactions.
